A desktop platform to store insurance documents and turn them into readable statistics and graphs.
Overview
The client required a desktop platform where documents could be stored and, from those, the system would automatically generate statistics and graphs for easy reading and control. The work covered the end-to-end flow — from how a user uploads and tags a document, to how an admin manages the catalogue and reviews aggregated data.
Problem
The client required a desktop platform in which he could store documents, from which the system would generate statistics and graphs for easy reading and control.
Solution
A wireframed flow that separates the User journey (upload, classify, consult) from the Admin journey (manage, audit, generate reports), feeding a single repository that powers the dashboards and charts. The structure keeps the document as the source of truth and the visualisations as derived views.
Outcome
A clear, mapped-out product flow for both User and Admin roles, ready to be turned into a high-fidelity UI on top of a repository that auto-generates the statistics and graphs the client needed.
